Our Support and Service

TheConfCall service was created by the company directors for use in their previous employment where they were involved in organising and holding telephone conference calls everyday with hundreds of people worldwide. After having spent years trying to get providers to deliver the service required, they decided to develop their own system in-house which proved so successful with their own customers they were asked to make it available to everyone on a commercial basis.

Our conference servers use the latest digital technology to ensure crystal clear call quality. TheConfCall will continue to be an innovator in this market, providing unique features such as Web and Video Conferencing, Dial Out, SMS Reminders, and on-line control features.

We now provide advice and support to all our customers on how to use the service and manage conference calls of all size, focusing on the needs of our customers industries, from typical sales and marketing roles through to Lawyers and Teachers.
